The rooftop of the JW Marriott Houston Downtown just got greener. The new Executive Chef at Main Kitchen | 806 Lounge, Chef Josh Mouzakes believes ingredients drive the food. He inspired the team to build out very own garden on the rooftop of our luxury hotel. “I love herbs,” says Chef Mouzakes, “…if we grow it ourselves we can insure the best quality possible. When an herb is picked fresh it has an oily bright flavor that is irreplaceable.”
We intend to use the herbs across the board on our new menus, to enhance and add depth of flavor to all our fall food.
